Through this collaboration, we facilitate veterans' access to professional mental health appointments, covering costs not addressed by other resources. At Heroic Expeditions, we take mental health seriously, which is why our team includes certified Mental Health First Aid instructors. These dedicated professionals are equipped to teach you Mental Health First Aid – a vital skill that empowers individuals to offer initial help to someone experiencing a mental health crisis. Similar to traditional first aid, Mental Health First Aid provides guidance on how to provide support until professional help is available. With our certified instructors, you'll gain the knowledge and tools to be a source of help, understanding, and compassion when it's needed most.
